| Description: | The popular KykNet show, 'Kwela', commissioned this African-influence television set, which was presented in a 3D stage for the client's convenience. The design incorporated vibrancy that is redolently African in origin but modern in output, with prevalent lighting levels, rich wooden textures and strikingly warm red, orange and yellow hues. The simplicity of the design was supported by the need for sophisticated comfort, as opposed to detracting from the purpose of interviews and program continuity. The set was built and launched for live television purposes in June 2009. | ||
