Project: Kawasaki Concept Design
Timeline: October 2007
Description: A purely conceptual design, this showroom idea was based on a core idea centred on both the Kawasaki range of motorbikes as well as the people who ride them. The inspirational motif is visual: a motorbike rider in a high-speed chase, with his body wrapped almost evocatively around the bike, in a purist formulation of biker and bike as one fluid entity. This ideal translated into a more industrial range of features within the retail store design itself, culminating as bulkhead features and wrap-around styling, complemented by sleek, industrial aspects throughout the interior.
