Project: ABSA Platinum Line

Timeline: November 2008
Description: Another concept design for ABSA, the Platinum Line is focused on catering to the younger generation of the bank’s clientele, aiming for the trendy, funky outlook on the business of retail store design. The focal points were discrete areas linked in a wide panorama plan, with divisions for internet banking, pause and meeting areas, all underscored by a more ‘design’-type flair for modernity and sophisticated comfort. The interior design was outlined as a ‘white model’ presentation, dispensing at first with the finer nuances of aesthetics in order to give the client a clearer overview of the use of space.
